Fit at 60 And Beyond features a mixture of mobility, balance, strength, and stretching to help your body feel and look it’s best. Each workout builds upon the last to gradually increase the difficulty level. A fit, toned, functional body is within your grasp!

6, 15 minute, total body workouts, incorporating dynamic (moving stretching) in the beginning, balance and strength in the middle, and ending with static (holding) stretching at the end.
Follow along videos demonstrating proper form and modifications.
Convenient plan that can be done at home or at the gym in as little as 10-15 minutes a day. Each workout is designed to be done 2-3, non-consecutive days a week.
